2 Years Advanced Diploma

Art Fetchers Institute

This 3-month Fashion Design Certificate course is designed to provide aspiring fashion designers with a comprehensive overview of the fashion industry, focusing on the creative process of designing a fashion collection with a strong emphasis on practical learning. The course covers key topics such as fashion illustration, fabrics, color theory, garment construction, and fashion business. Starting with basic sketching techniques, students will learn to translate their design ideas into professional illustrations that form the basis of their collection, followed by practical training in sewing techniques, cutting and pattern-making. The program also provides a deep understanding of sourcing materials and developing cost-effective production methods. Through individual and group projects, students will develop their own unique design perspective, culminating in the creation of a complete collection that echo fashion industry standards. Practical and theoretical assignments will be delivered through traditional lectures, workshops, project assignments, critiques, workshops, and online resources.

We strive to be committed to the students we are privileged to serve, in our alumni association, our dedicated, talented faculty and staff. We also take pride in having the most active and helpful group of partners, visionary parents, well-wishers, alumni and friends.
